Our office accepts the following methods of payment :
We accept online client payments through 
LawPay, a secure payment portal for attorneys that is recommended by The American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.
Please select an option below to make a payment. If you aren't sure which to choose, please select "Deposit a retainer into trust" and we will apply your payment properly.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to pay by credit, LawPay will automatically add an additional 3% credit charge surcharge, to partially cover processing costs. Payments via E-Check do not have such onerous processing costs, so you can click on the E-Check tab to use that method instead. LawPay has a transaction maximum of US$5,000.00, so if your payment is larger than that, you may need to divide your payment into one or more smaller payments.
Please note that some banks will initially refuse to authorize payments that are over a certain dollar amount, or are otherwise outside of the cardholder's normal spending habits. This is usually done as a precaution against fraudulent activity. If you do not receive a confirmation of SUCCESSFUL payment, try calling your financial institution to authorize the transaction. This usually resolves the situation.
Additionally, if your bank or credit account is with a non-US bank, LawPay may be unable to process it.
