From I-95, take the exit ramp for I-195, eastbound (it should say “to beaches”).
Drive eastbound until you see the off-ramp for Biscayne Boulevard/US-1 (Exit 2B), and take that exit.
Once you exit the highway, you will need to turn right onto NW 36th Street. Immediately after that, you'll come upon a traffic signal. At the light, turn left onto Biscayne Boulevard, southbound.
Continue southbound until you reach 31st Street, where you will see our office building, 3050 Biscayne Boulevard, on the west side of Biscayne.
Turn right on 31st street, heading west. Our building will be on your left-hand side. You will see a small unoccupied guardhouse.
For those who require a disabled parking spot, there are several along the west side of the office building. Turn left immediately after the guardhouse. The first several spots in that first row of the parking lot are reserved for use with a disabled parking permit.
Otherwise, continue westbound on 31st Street beyond the guardhouse, and you will see several surface parking lots on your right hand side. The first few are restricted to tenants & employees of the building. The final parking lot before the end of the block is where our clients and guests are allowed to park.
Once inside the building, let the concierge desk know that you are visiting us in Suite 600, and they will direct you to our office.
